I'm totally in love with The Mix Company's "Cream Sauce" mix. As always, it is gluten free and vegan and incredibly delicious! 

I decided to do a sort of scalloped potato dish for dinner with this sauce but I added zucchini and sweet potato! You can add whatever veggies you want. This turned out amazing!!!

All of these mixes are very simple and easy to make but they are solo yummy! For this one we mixed in some almond milk and olive oil and only used half of the pack. As it heats on the stove, it thickens into a creamy, cheesy sauce.... but there is no cream OR cheese!! It has a perfect blend of spices and flavour!

If you have a mandolin, use that to cut up your veggies thin and fast! I actually used a knife, but it just took a while! You can layer them how you want. I poured a layer of the creamy sauce over each layer and then baked it for about 40 minutes at 375 F in a casserole dish.

Be sure to continue string the cream sauce and keep it warm on low heat!

In the last 5 minutes, you can change the oven to broil to brown the tops and get them crispy! ENJOY!
