spice up your protein shake!

I used to always mix my protein shakes with fruit, but that doesn't follow the food triangle rules because fruit should be eaten only on an empty stomach and should only be mixed with raw veggies! I really like a shake that tastes AMAZING. The Arbonne shakes are delicious, but sometimes you just want to spice it up!! 

With the Chocolate flavor, I blend with water (or almond milk), ice AND a few drops of peppermint oil!! MMMM Chocolate mint!

With Vanilla, I blend with water (or almond milk), ice AND CINNAMON! It adds that bite and its delicious!! I sometimes add a small tsp of chia seeds to either.
