
Power Packed Protein Pods- Coconut Date flavor. These protein balls are vegan, gluten free, raw and delicious. if you are in need of that little snack or boost of energy, these are perfect!!
Here is what you'll need:
[dry ingredients]
-1 cup GF oats
-2 scoops of Arbonne Protein powder
-1/3 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
-2 packs of stevia
-2 tsp of chia seeds
-3 tsp of ground flax seeds
Here is what you'll need:

-1 cup GF oats
-2 scoops of Arbonne Protein powder
-1/3 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
-2 packs of stevia
-2 tsp of chia seeds
-3 tsp of ground flax seeds
[wet ingredients] -1/2 cup of almond milk -1/4 cup of almond butter -2 tsp of maple syrup -1/3 cup of chopped dates *extra coconut for rolling* | Mix all dry ingredients in 1 big bowl with a fork until blended. Separately mix all wet ingredients in another medium bowl with electric beaters until smooth. Mix both bowls together into 1. With a spatula, press and blend them together until you have a thick mixture you can roll into balls. If its too dry, add tiny amount of almond milk. If its too wet, add more oats. Take a piece of waxed paper and sprinkle extra coconut on it. Once each ball is rolled, roll them in coconut to cover. Store them in the fridge and enjoy with a healthy lunch or dinner! |
