For eggs, I always use the "Boiled Flax e.g.g".
Basically you take 1-2 tbsp of flax meal and boil it with about 1/4 cup- 1/3 cup of water (depending on how many eggs you are replacing. This recipe only requires 2 so I did 2 tbsp of flax with 1/4 cup of water. Let it boil for 1 minute and let it cool (stir in between). It literally turns into the consistency of an egg!
Next you mix 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cup almond milk. You will then add the pizza crust mix and stir that together. Spread the mix on a greased pan with a wet spatula. They should look somewhat like this.
