
OH. MY. GOODNESS. I wish I could send smell and taste over the internet. Thats how amazing these are!! Perfect transition from summer to fall! A little peachy sweet with some soothing, warm spice! You could really replace the peaches with anything, but because they are in season, this is what I used!! All of the ingredients are healthy, its basically like having a bowl of oatmeal with some fresh peaches.
Now, as you know, I usually don't eat fruit throughout the day or mixed with anything. So these are literally a treat. If you are into a super cleanse, might be best to mix in something else. You could use some pumpkin or raisins or chocolate chips (vegan).

Dry: - 2 cups GF Oat Flour - 1 scoop of Arbonne Vanilla Protein powder - 1 tbsp flax meal - 2 tbsp stevia - 2 tbsp xylitol - 2 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp ground ginger - 1/2 tsp all spice - 1/2 tsp ground cloves - 1/2 tsp sea salt | Wet: - 1 cup almond milk - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp coconut oil _____________________ - 3 peaches, chopped small |
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12 muffin trays or place baking cups in each. Mix together wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another. Once they are mixed separately, mix them together and add in chopped peaches. Evenly distribute the mixture between the 12 cups and pop them in the oven on the middle rack for 25 minutes! Let them cool and ENJOY!
