Today I decided to do a simple juice [maybe because I have to make a grocery trip and I had no other option :P]. Using all very healthy, beneficial ingredients, I juiced 3 carrots, 3 full celery sticks, 1/2 a lemon (cut off the peel) and a 1/2 inch chunk of ginger root.
