YUMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! This is what a regular grocery shop looks like! So many people think that going vegan or eating healthy is WAYY more expensive. Well, it can be in some ways, BUT you have to remember, you are mostly buying Veggies! Veggies are pretty cheap. You aren't paying for meat, dairy, cheese, eggs, bread or processed stuff!! ALL of this together in the picture came to exactly $60. (I am missing the Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in the picture too!)
Some of it will last a few days, some a week and some a few weeks! I will post my shopping every week so you can see the differences. A lot of this food is for juicing but can also be used in salads and other meals. I take about an hour and a half after and prep all of the veggies and put them in sealed containers. That way, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be fast. Juicing in quick and organized and you just FEEL together and organized!
Some products you want to get for a vegan diet to ensure you have everything your body needs! I take a supplement for Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 (Make sure they are Vegan). I take the Arbonne Protein shakes everyday and I have 1 tsp of Chia seeds and 1 tsp of flax every day! You need your Omegas and those contain an abundance of them! I also add a tsp of spirulina to my shake every morning and I recommend getting a natural Probiotic supplement and Digestive Enzyme. Thats for everyone, vegan or not!
