I have this for dessert sometimes and it lasts 2 separate meals. You will need:
3 tsp of Chia Seeds
1 cup of Almond Milk
1 scoop of Arbonne Chocolate protein Shake
1 tsp of raw cocao powder
4 drops of peppermint extract
2 tsp of unsweetened coconut
Put it in a sealable container (Or the blender or a shaker cup) and mix all together. Close the lid and shake (Or blend). Put it in the bowl you will eat it from and put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Once its hard like pudding, ENJOY!! So simple, so delish!
