She has BAGS full in the freezer so I decided to use some for these amazing spice muffins. You can use whatever you like! Carrots, zucchini, pumpkin, sweet potato, apple sauce etc!
First preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
-3 Flax eggs (3 tsp ground flax mixed with 9 tsp water, sit in fridge for 30 min)
-1/4 cup of almond milk with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
-1 tsp chia seeds
-3 cups of heater cherries (because they were frozen)
-1/3 cup of coconut oil
-1/3 cup of apple sauce
-1/2 cup of pure maple syrup
After blended, Mix in your dry muffin mix! Place in greased (coconut oil) muffin plans or baking cups! Bake for 15-18 minutes, until browned tops/ edges. Makes 18 delicious muffins!
