I had all of these ripe peaches (actually, they are nectarines) and I wanted to make something fun and delicious. So what is betting than peaches and cream or spicy, peachy pie!? This NiceCream is amazing and of course, cruelty free :)
After a few days in NYC, my body needed this amazing smoothie leaded with antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients. I don't really drink alcohol anymore but I had a few drinks in New York and I can tell you, my body does not like it! I woke up with a sore throat and it turned into a cold. I am feeding my body with lots of nutrients to help it heal and this smoothie has loads of health power, and it tastes amazing!
Dates are nature's candy. Nature's Caramel. They are purely amazing and perfect for dipping apples to create a healthy caramel apple!
Blend a handful of dates with a tsp of cinnamon and a bit of water until smooth!! Never seen something so beautiful right?
SO SIMPLE! Cute a watermelon into full circular rounds and then slice into "Pizza Pieces" and top with all sorts of fruits!! Banana pepperoni, blueberry olives, Raspberry tomato, Coconut "Cheez" ;) Theses are like, apple pie bites/ jelly donuts with an apple crunch.
Just slice a section off the top and bottom of 2 apples (like in the photo) and set aside. Chop up the rest of the apples into chunks and blend them in a food processor with 8- 10 dates and a tsp of cinnamon. Blend until soft and mixed! You can eat them like sandwiches this way or like crackers loaded with the apple pie filling! It is probably easier to eat that way! AMAZING! Craving a chocolatey treat? Have this amazing yet simple creation for breakfast!

Garnish with raw cacao nibs and coconut palm sugar✌️ ![]() Oh my gosh.. the options!! First I will talk about RAW rice rolls. These are so yummy and so filling and you can use ANY veggies and even some fruits in theses to mix it up each time! I used my food processor grater to do the carrots, sliced the cucumber, cut up romaine or use baby leaf lettuces. You can use pepper, mango, pickled veggies, cabbage, cilantro, parsley, tomato, broccoli, beets, avocado, spinach, snow peas, green/yellow beans... Whatever your beautiful heart desires. The Sauce I made though... Amazing. You can switch up the ingredients to your liking to keep it raw or not fully raw. I used the mini magic bullet for this sauce. ![]() I've been wanting to make pure banana ice cream for a while.. but I never had a food processor. I borrowed my mom's and found about 12 organic bananas for 50% that were perfectly ripe. [ripe is when they are speckled! cost me $2]. Now, lots of people think "OMG Bananas have so many calories!". I don't count calories, and I eat as much fruit and veg as I want. They are the purest, healthiest things you could ever eat, right from mother nature. Eating raw fruit and veg is how she intended "food" to be. Other people think if you eat too many bananas, you will get potassium poisoning. Before you freak out, please do proper research. Here is some good info on that topic from the banana pro. 300+ bananas in 30 seconds is impossible... plus I used about 4 in this AMAZING breakfast. I made it on my birthday, BEST birthday breakfast. ![]() Strawberry banana ice cream/ smoothie with dark chocolate shreds? Looks like dessert, but I had it for breakfast :D In a blender, mix 1 Banana, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup almond milk and 1 tbs chia seeds. You can pour the almond milk slowly as you blend to keep it thick. Pour in a bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes in the fridge or freezer [depending how you want the consistency to be]. I shredded some pure dark chocolate on top. You could also sprinkle shredded coconut! YUM! Eat with a spoon and be FILLED WITH ENERGY! ![]() Seriously one of the BEST Juices I have ever had! It was so flavourful and refreshing!! Everything in it is organic! I can't wait to be in California so I can buy LOCAL again!!! Nothing grows in the snow :P JUICE THIS: - 3 kale leaves - 1/4 of a Cucumber - 1 Gala Apple - 2 carrots - 1 lemon (ends cut but not peeled) - inch of ginger root DRINK UP! ![]() Looks nasty right? I know. It tastes like a regular smoothie though! What gives it the dark colour? A mix of spirulina and berries. (blueberries & blackberries). All healthy good stuff!! Don't judge a drink by its colour. Good one, Sammi ! ;P I also used persimmons in this shake. They are super sweet if they are ripe so you probably only need 1/2 of one or a small one!! Click here to learn more about persimmons and how to prepare them! ![]() These little exotic fruits are quite delicious!! Very sweet and tropical tasting. The fruit is found mostly in asian countries but is spreading around more as the years go on. I recommend eating as much local produce as possible but once in a while its fun to try things! (this is another reason I must move to California!! Canadian winters have NO local fresh produce!!). Persimmons are rich in dietary fiber, vitamin c, potassium and beta-carotene. Here is how to eat it! You can eat the skin, just wash it well! ![]() Trying to stay healthy this winter? Me too. That is why I've been loading up with juices, smoothies, Arbonne shakes and raw salads! Getting all the nutrients possible from organic fruits and veggies! Today I decided to do a simple juice [maybe because I have to make a grocery trip and I had no other option :P]. Using all very healthy, beneficial ingredients, I juiced 3 carrots, 3 full celery sticks, 1/2 a lemon (cut off the peel) and a 1/2 inch chunk of ginger root. It tastes amazing and gives you an immunity boost right away!! Fill your body with health!! <3 ![]() I LOOOVEEE Pumpkin Pie. LOVE. In fact I have a minor addiction to pumpkin spice soy frappuccino at Starbucks... but I am trying to find ways around that. Working and a perfect recipe, but this one is DELICIOUS! And instead of syrups and sugar, its pure, vegan protein! Easy peasy and SOOO filling! Just put everything in a blender until smooth and then enjoy!! You can add more stevia or sweetener if you want, or more almond milk if you find it too think! - 4 ice cubes - 1 cup almond milk - 3 tbsp pumpkin puree - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp all spice - 1 tsp flax meal - 2 Scoops of Arbonne Protein Powder ![]() Organic, fresh fruit has so many benefits to your health. So many people are worried about calories so they cut out fruit and go with some processed cereal or protein bar instead. BAD! When you follow Sammi's Secrets, you only eat fruit in the morning, on an empty stomach. Also, you should be somewhat active, so burning some fruit calories should be nothing at all to worry about. When you eat a plant-based diet, you loading your body with natural vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and nutrients!! Focus on THAT. This is a delicious breakfast smoothie I like to enjoy to start off my day! ![]() I did hair and makeup for a wedding this weekend and was there from 11:30-3.. meaning no lunch. I got home and was about to rampage the kitchen. Luckily I had barely anything left and was in need of a grocery run. I had a cucumber and a yellow pepper sitting there. I wanted to dip it in something!! All I could see was ketchup and mayonnaise and bottled sauces. I opened the pantry cupboard and saw a can of chick peas. LIGHTBULB! Hummus!! I had a jar of tahini, 1 lemon, garlic and all sorts of spices!! I had a meeting in 10 minutes so was hurrying as much as possible. 1 can of organic chick peas, 1 tsp tahini, juice of 1/2 a lemon, 2 cloves of garlic (pressed), some spices, popped in a blender for about 10 seconds (until smooth). VOILA! So simple and boy, was it ever satisfying!! I'm so glad I had a healthy snack! ![]() You are probably thinking.. "WHY IS EVERRRYYTHING GREEN???". Well there are a few answers to that.
