This is so simple!! All you need to do is place the broccoli and cauliflower in a vitamin or food processor and lightly process it until its in small bits. I recommend putting them in a few smaller pieces at a time if it doesn't stir properly. Once you have your "BroCauli", heat the coconut oil over medium/high heat in a large frying pan.
As the oil heats, add the pressed garlic and stir it around so the flavour disperses across the pan. Add the BroCauli "rice" and mix it up for about 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice, sea salt and coriander and continue mixing. I let the mixture fry and sizzle a little then I would mix it again. This gave a bit of crisp and extra flavour! After about 10-15 minutes, it should be good to go!

Try oil free by mixing it all together in a large bowl (other than oil) and spreading it across a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the oven to 350 and bake for 15 mins, top it off with a broil for 1-2 minutes so each side gets crispy !
