
My BBQ habits may be very different than yours, but trust me, they are just as delicious!!! 100% veggies mixed together with some coconut oil and spices and grilled in a BBQ skillet [mine is square with holes]. You can use any veggies you want. Mix in a bowl first with coconut oil and whatever spices you like! Add some sea salt and pepper, maybe some cayenne or steak spice! Do the potatoes, sweet potatoes and onions first and when they are quite soft, add the easier veggies! Delicious, simple and easy!
