After a few days in NYC, my body needed this amazing smoothie leaded with antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients. I don't really drink alcohol anymore but I had a few drinks in New York and I can tell you, my body does not like it! I woke up with a sore throat and it turned into a cold. I am feeding my body with lots of nutrients to help it heal and this smoothie has loads of health power, and it tastes amazing!
Here is the recipe:
- 3 frozen bananas
- cup of frozen peach/mango
- 1.5 cup of dairy free milk/water (I used almond milk and water from dates)
- 5 dates (soaked in warm water for 20 min)
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1.5 tsp of all spice
- 1.5 tsp of ginger
- 1 inch of vanilla bean
Blend and enjoy!!
