
I've been there too! With all of the information out there, it can get VERY confusing on what is right and what is wrong. Don't you feel like nothing matches up and everything out there is made to confuse you!? Really, when it comes down to it, every body is different. What works for one person, may not work for the next. BUT I have sorted through and figured out what works for me, and that is what I can share with you, in hopes it can work for you too!
First, you need to learn about digestion and understand WHY it is so important! So click here and indulge in the dirty duty of digestion!
Once you understand the value of having optimal digestion function, we can move along to how to eat to CREATE better digestion. We take energy OUT of digesting your food and IN to your every day function. Food is supposed to GIVE you energy, not use it up. That is when you know you aren't eating the right things! Also, you will want to know which foods to eat with each other to keep that energy from disappearing in your stomach trying to break down too many things!
I think with this new information, you are off to a good start! It is ok to take baby steps. Start with a fruit or green smoothie in the morning and notice how good you feel after a few days. I recommend drinking a litre of water before anything else and always hydrate throughout the day (2-3L of water).
