
Raw Vegan seems to be the new "Thing". I have been doing lots of research on the whole concept, different lifestyles {because vegan is more than a diet} and recipes and it has been intriguing me for months. I did a detox the past 2 weeks starting with 5 days of only raw foods. My sister, Andrea, did it with me and we were both SOO impressed with how we felt. Eating loads of whole, natural, organic fruits and vegetables as well as some nuts and seeds, we were filled with energy and clarity. I won't be going fully raw yet but I will have at least 3 days a week of fully raw. The other days will be raw all day until dinner. At that time I will have the option to make something cooked. You never want to feel deprived or like you "can't" have something. There are healthy options to pretty much any food. A lot of my favourite recipes are posted on this site and they are all healthy!!
My diet will consist of mostly vegetables, fruits, nuts seeds, some legumes and grains and Arbonne Shakes! I am SOO excited!! I will be eating LOTS of Juices, smoothies, salads.... and some new magical creations I am thinking up! Looking forward to sharing this journey with any curious raw foodies :D I will be sharing results of all sorts, and I am honest about it!! Feel free to do the same!
